水性钢结构防腐涂料的类别从成膜物来看，分为水性醇酸涂料、水性丙烯酸涂料、水性环氧涂料、水性聚氨酯涂料。从用途来讲呢，就是重防腐涂料和轻防腐涂料，但是怎么样来区分它们呢？其实我们是按照环境的因素来区分防腐级别的。

The categories of waterborne steel structure anticorrosive coatings are divided into waterborne alkyd coatings, waterborne acrylic coatings, waterborne epoxy coatings and waterborne polyurethane coatings. In terms of usage, they are heavy-duty coatings and light anti-corrosive coatings, but how do they distinguish them? C1、要求比较低,干膜厚度大概在60u，中档的120u，高档的是180u。他最主要的应用环境是加热的内部，建筑内部，空气洁净如办公室商店学校和宾馆等。

C1, requirements are relatively low, dry film thickness is about 60u, medium 120u, high-grade 180u. His main application environment is the interior of heating, the interior of buildings, the air is clean, such as office stores, schools and hotels.

C2、也属于要求比较低的：大气污染较低，大部分属于乡村地带，未加热的地方，低频凝结发生的地方，如库房或者体育馆。

C2, also low in demand, is low in air pollution, mostly in rural areas, unheated places, where low-frequency condensation occurs, such as storeroom or gymnasium.

C3、属于中等的防腐类别，它常见应用于城市，工业大气，中等的二氧化硫污染，低盐度的沿海地区等。它的主要环境是高湿度和有些污染空气的生产场所，如普通的工业厂房，酒厂等。

C3, a medium anti-corrosion category, is commonly used in cities, industrial atmospheres, moderate sulphur dioxide pollution, and low salinity coastal areas. Its main environment is high humidity and some polluted air production places, such as ordinary industrial plants, wineries and so on.

C4、常见用于高盐度的工业区、化工区、沿海区域、桥梁、化工厂、电厂、船厂、海船等。它最主要的应用环境是高盐度高湿度环境。

C4, commonly used for high salinity industrial area, chemical industry area, coastal area, bridge, chemical plant, power plant, shipyard, seagoing ship and so on. Its main application environment is high salinity and high humidity environment.

【C5】

[C5]

C5、属于高盐度和恶劣大气的工业区域，就是这些地方总有冷凝和高湿的建筑。在防腐领域，C5的要求是比较高的级别了。

C5, an industrial area with high salinity and harsh atmosphere, is where there are condensate and high humidity buildings. In the field of anticorrosion, the requirement of C5 is relatively high.

C5M、要求则更高，常见于海洋、高盐度的沿海离岸地带，从环境上来说是处于高湿度、高污染的建筑物，如海上钻井平台、航标塔等。

C5M, higher requirements, common Yu Haiyang, high salinity coastal zone, from the environment is in high humidity, high pollution of the building, such as offshore drilling platform, the navigation tower and so on.

以上说明是为工程师区别不同的环境条件，相对应的去做不同的防腐涂料。

水性钢结构防腐涂料是以水为介质的环保型涂料，如我们所见到的内外墙涂料、木器漆、金属漆、汽车漆等，都有对应的水性产品。由此可见水性漆已经能在大部分行业成熟广泛的应用。

第一：环保，水性漆只以水做稀释剂，对人体无害。

而油性漆有香蕉水天拿水，都含有大量苯和二甲苯这些致癌物，这就是水性漆和油性漆的一个环保意义上的区别。

Oil paints, including banana, water and water, contain a large amount of carcinogens such as benzene and xylene. This is an environmental difference between waterborne paints and oil paints.

第二：从应用的角度上来讲水性漆和油性漆在配方设计原理上有着不同的理念：

不管是水性漆还是油性漆，它的主要成膜物是树脂。我们要观察它的表面状态，评估它的成膜性和整个成膜以后的漆膜性能，主要看它有没有漆膜缺陷。水性漆在这方面的优点就是水性漆不含有害物质，不会向空气中挥发有机溶剂。因为它不含有机溶剂，所以也不容易黄变，更加持久如新。而油性漆中含有的一些有害物质就会不断地挥发。因此含有有机溶剂，易黄变，持久性不佳，这也是它的一些差异。

Whether waterborne paint or oil-based paint, its main film-forming material is resin. We want to observe its surface state, evaluate its film-forming property and the performance of the film after the whole film formation, depending on whether it has any film defects. The advantage of waterborne paints is that waterborne paints do not contain harmful substances and do not volatilize organic solvents into the air. Because it does not contain organic solvents, it is not easy to yellowing and more durable. However, some harmful substances contained in oil paints will continue to evaporate. Therefore, it contains organic solvents, yellowing and poor durability, which are also some differences between them.

如果有成膜上的缺陷，我们就有各种成膜助剂的选择。首先要选择的就是助溶剂对我们整个树脂的相容性，或者说最佳的有普及性的选择。

If there are defects on the film, we have the choice of various film forming AIDS. The first thing to choose is the compatibility of the cosolvent to our entire resin, or the best and universal choice.

第一步：评估我们要做的产品的主要成膜物——树脂。

Step one: evaluate the main film-forming material of our product - resin.

首先，我们通过线棒，或者湿膜制备仪、湿膜制备器，把树脂制成一个干膜。如果有成膜上的缺陷，可以选择相对应的成膜助剂或助溶剂，同时考虑助溶剂对树脂的相容性。

First, we made a dry film through a bar, or a wet film preparation apparatus and a wet film preparation device. If there are defects on the film, the corresponding film builder or cosolvent can be selected, and the compatibility of the cosolvent to the resin is also considered.

成膜助剂的品种很多，如乙二醇丁醚、二乙二醇丁醚、丙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇甲醚、乙二醇苯醚、醇酯十二等。我们要根据自己的树脂特性选择相容性好的助剂。

There are many kinds of film forming auxiliaries, such as ethylene glycol butyl ether, diethylene glycol butyl ether, propylene glycol methyl ether, two propylene glycol methyl ether, ethylene glycol phenyl ether, alcohol ester twelve, etc. We should select compatible additives according to their resin properties.

通过成膜助剂、树脂，做成一个完整的漆膜以后，在钢板上或者金属机台上来进行测试。

After making a complete film with film builder and resin, the test is carried out on steel plate or metal platform.

第二步：选择闪锈剂。

The second step: select the scintillation agent.

不同厂家的闪锈剂与树脂的相溶性也是不尽相同的。首先要测试的就是闪锈剂和自己树脂的相容性。

The compatibility of different manufacturers of flash rust agent and resin is also different. The first thing to test is the compatibility between flash rust agent and its own resin.

选出最佳的闪锈剂后，就可以去做一些初步的测试。

After selecting the best rusting agent, you can do some preliminary tests.

第三步：选择润湿剂、流平剂、消泡剂

The third step: choose wetting agent, leveling agent and defoamer.

树脂通过成膜助剂、闪锈剂的作用后，可以做出一个完整的漆膜，这个时候就可以检测树脂的初期的性能或者基础的性能。

The resin can make a complete lacquer film after the action of a film forming agent and a scintillation agent. This time can detect the initial performance or basic properties of the resin.

主要包括制成膜或者干板以后的附着力、冲击、耐介质、耐水、耐盐水、耐酸、耐碱等，这是选择树脂的基本标准。

It mainly includes adhesion, impact, medium, water resistance, brine resistance, acid resistance and alkali resistance, which is the basic standard for the selection of resin.

国内外现有成百上千种的润湿剂、流平剂，这也是作为一个应用工程师最常做的一种工作，即对这些助剂的筛选。选择好流平润湿剂后，一般它同时会带来一些附加的自身缺陷，因为流平润湿剂都是比较容易带泡的东西。

There are hundreds of wetting agents and levelling agents available at home and abroad. This is also one of the most common work done by an application engineer, namely, screening of these auxiliaries. After choosing a good leveling wetting agent, it usually brings some additional self defects at the same time, because leveling wetting agents are relatively easy to carry bubbles.
